Let’s face it, owning pets can be expensive and sometimes the things you need won’t get a lot of use.


That’s where our Equipment Rental Service comes in.  Renting our quality pet care products lets you:

  • Save money.  Renting items you only need short term costs a fraction of buying new.

  • Try before you buy.  Don’t shell out money for something new only to find out your pet can’t or won’t use it.

  • Save on space.  Purchased items that are only used occasionally can take up valuable storage space in your home whereas rental items can be returned to us to store. 

  • Reduce waste.  Renting items allows multiple households to get benefit from the one item, reducing waste and helping our environment.

Our rental equipment includes:

  • Automatic and electronic equipment such as pet cameras, GPS trackers and automatic food and water dispensers

  • Recovery items such as pet cones/collars, steps and ramps 

  • Puppy products such as playpens, crates and washable pee pads

All products are available to hire by the day with no minimum or maximum term and can be bundled for additional savings.  A refundable deposit of $20 applies to all hire periods.

Equipment Hire - Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the pet supplies rental process work? The rental process is simple. Once you complete the Hire Request form we will email you to confirm the availability and the details of your rental. All bookings require a $20 refundable security deposit, and 50% of the total charge to be paid at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent via email for payment. Pick up of items will be arranged from Armstrong Creek unless delivery has been arranged. Ongoing hire charges will be billed weekly.

2. What are the rental durations available? We offer flexible rental durations to suit your needs, ranging from daily, weekly, to monthly rentals.

3. Do you offer delivery and pickup services for the rented pet supplies? Collection for all items is available from the Armstrong Creek area. In some cases we may be able to arrange delivery and pickup services to your specified location subject to location and availability.

4. What happens if the rented item gets damaged or lost? We understand that accidents happen and normal wear and tear on products is expected. However you will be responsible for any damages or loss of the rented item, and charges may apply accordingly. We do not offer insurance for rented items.

5. Are the rented pet supplies cleaned and sanitized before each rental? Yes, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all rented pet supplies between each rental to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

6. What happens if I need to cancel or change my rental details? Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your rental. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, cancellation fees may apply. If you need to change your rental period at any time just send us an email and we will confirm availability.

7. Are there any restrictions on usage of hire items? We provide care instructions for each rented item to ensure proper usage and maintenance. Our team can provide guidance and assistance on using the rented pet supplies effectively. Any usage restrictions, will be communicated during the rental process. Please adhere to these restrictions to ensure the safety and longevity of the rented items.
